I would give them negative ratings if I could. When I put the address in their website there was nothing telling me they could not compete the order for the next day. The next day I received an email about 6pm letting me know the flowers were not going to arrive until the following day. Not great but ok I guess. However, the next morning I received yet another email telling me that they could not deliver to the address provided. At no time was I informed of this as I was making the order two days ago. I was given a choice to have it delivered to another address or order something else that could be delivered. Um. No. I asked for a refund at that point.
This wouldn’t be that big of a deal except it was for my sister’s birthday, and she had just lost her husband to cancer 2.5 weeks ago. I was hoping flowers might brighten her day a little. Instead I had to apologize for the flowers not being able to be delivered. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.
