I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance 2/23/24 @ 9:41am. I paid for expedited service guaranteed within 4 hr delivery time. The address and recipient details provided. @ 11:30am received a call from cust service confirming address and recipient even though placed initially when ordering. I did verify 4 hr window for delivery as guaranteed. I was told yes indeed. @ 2:05pm I called and stated that no notification received about delivery. They called florist and after waiting 7 mins on hold they hung up on me. Called again at 3pm was told that the expedited additional cost was refunded and it will be delivered before 5pm. I called my fiance who left work at 5:05pm and nothing delivered. I called customer service, saying that florist just said it left florist @ 4:59pm and is on the way. I told them don't bother as she leaves 5pm. I requested them to return $75.57 spent back to me. They kept insisting several times to deliver to the house and get 20% off. I stated it was a special day for us and if they can't keep to their promises they shouldn't make them and have people pay additional for it. Bottom line they have done this to me 3 times already. You think I would of learned. But this is the last time. Luckily I got a refund to my PayPal account or I was going to contest it. Buyer be ware and Stay far from this company! Order # 428460198
