What a flipping train wreck of a business!! I spent $75 on what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I paid extra for 18 roses and the premium package to send to my grieving step son and his wife. Well let's just say I was extremely embarrassed after seeing the pic of what was sent to them. The roses were the only bloomed flower, they were half dead and half missing! The bouquet looked like it was taken out of the trash no lie!! When I called to complain they only offered me a 20% refund. I said that wasn't good enough. I wanted them to send them what I purchased, but they said they couldn't. The rep put me on hold to " so call speak to her team " she gets back on the phone and tells me they're going to refund me the full amount. Well 2 days later I noticed they only gave me back $23. Needless to say I will be calling back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by fixing their wrong so I wasn't going to leave a comment at all, but they did me dirty so yeah don't waste your time or money buying anything from this company unless you want to be highly let down and regret it!
