From You Flowers took my money, including an extra fee for same day service. They had the zip code for the delivery and could/should have refused the order if they couldn't perform. Several hours later they let me know they had no florist in the area and would deliver the flowers the next day, offering a lame apology. I had to insist they issue a refund, which - to be fair - apparently they have. I then called a local florist in the area to arrange an order over the phone. If you care enough about the person you're sending flowers to, and if the exact day matters, do not use this company - run away! You surely have better options.
