Ordered flowers to be delivered to my house on March 17th. My mom's funeral was on the 18th. Was given a 9hr delivery window from 9am-6pm so I had to wait all day. Called the company twice and was assured the flowers would be delivered and to wait. Needless to say it was 7pm, still no flowers and THEY NEVER CAME!! The company said to wait until the next morning. NO!! I needed them for the funeral. So, I had so much stress and had to go to Michael's Craft Store in the last 5 minutes before closing. I will NEVER use this company again, it's obvious that my floral arrangement was never made. On top of this all, I even paid extra for a weekend delivery. Hopefully my refund goes through smoothly.
