Terrible service! Glad to be reading these reviews too. They keep adding fees and service and wasn't happy about it. Called them and they decided to waive the delivery fee with a code, however, when I went to select the bouquet - it wasn't available, imagine that ! So selected a different arrangement, but wasn't available in the size I selected, ok, so I chose the deluxe version and then on checkout, they had the nerve to add on delivery and service fees! Bait and switch. Very frustrating. Reading the reviews, appears that the flowers are of poor quality and arrangements are not up to par either. Best not to use this service after reading all the other negative experiences and reviews.
