Second time using this company. Last time they messed up so bad they gave me a $75 gift card as an apology. I told myself I'd never use the company again, but figured I'd at least use the $75. Well, jokes on me, because this is simply the most inept company to ever exist. Just like last time, there's another issue. And, just like last time, they cannot fulfill my order and so I have to go through their outsourced customer service to try to solve it. Bad news for me though, just like last time, their customer service doesn't know how to handle it. So, I'll have to call again to get it fixed. For simply sending flowers, this company acts like it's performing complex science or something. It's amazing how hard they make it to buy and send flowers. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH AND I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN AFTER THIS ISSUE GETS SOLVED. I hope the CEO and head of customer service gets fired too. I hate this company with more passion than anything else in my life right now.
