Ordered flowers and they arrived dry, wilted and brown. At first, the customer service representative tried to offer a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and then a 30% refund with a gift card and delivery of flowers 4 to 5 days later. What??? Finally, I was able to get a full refund (at least I hope, I have an email but not months been returned). Be careful when you order from them.
