To leave out the card on a Mother's Day order for a loved one is inexcusable. Even worse, the dry apology from Rhea, the representative who answered, "We are extremely busy as it's Mother's day weekend". I will have someone call your mom to apologise". Yes, that should make up for the poor service! You just lost this customer. Flowers delivered without sender name or even name of business! It was like dropped from the sky straight to recipient.
