What a total disappointment and embarrassment of the flowers that were sent to my mother for Mother's Day. It is hard to believe that this company continues to blatantly continue their misrepresentation of their product customer after customer as what is advertised is not delivered. The flowers per the tracker said the flowers would be delivered on May 9. Flowers never arrived. Called customer service and they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered as they have no way of contacting UPS. Said that I was charged same delivery that I never asked for. Asked for this to be refunded. Can't change the order. Asked when will the flowers arrive. Said by 8:30 pm on May 10. Asked how they knew the flowers would be delivered by then since the tracker has said out for delivery for 2 days. Said if they don't arrive call again. Got notification that they arrived. My mother didn't get a door bell rung no knock at the door had to ask if she had a box outside of her house. Well petals are already falling off the daisies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have another arrangement out yo my mother-in-law and can't wait for second embarrassment.
