These flowers were not ready for someone who is in the hospital and can't cut and arrange them in the vase. I am extremely upset for spending almost eighty dollars on flowers to be, this dissappointed with them. NOTHING like the misleading picture!! I did contact customer service and received an eight dollar and fifty-two cent refund. Do not purchase flowers from these people!! Never again! I cannot send pictures because the person that I sent them to, doesn't feel well enough to take a picture. And I can't blur out my information to upload the receipt to send. Trust me I'm telling the truth!
