If I could give a zero I would. I had two orders for Mother’s Day I did Friday the 10 and only 1 came. Was suppose to be delivered before 12 didn’t get there till 330. I inquired about the other one and they said it was delivered. I called and they said they would have to speak with the florist and get back to me. They didn’t want to call just message. They didn’t want to send back out they wanted to check with the florist first. They also said it was delivered at 10pm. That’s outrageous and we checked the cameras and no one delivered anything. They said they would resen out after countless minutes of me saying that’s not right. The earliest date would be Tuesday…. I simply could not argue with the lady anymore and just wanted a refund. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! And who says they deliver flowers at 10 pm!?! I will never use this company again.
