My first order last year never got delivered. I tried again this year and I ordered 3 diff flowers for my mom step mom and mother in law. None of the flowers matched what I paid for. Absolutely horrible. Do not trust them. Horrible customer service. They do not acknowledge what happened, they gave me a 10 dollar gift certificate without addressing my concerns. I paid over 200 dollars for flowers that looked like they were picked from the weeds in my back yard. You are better off going to a grocery store and buying your own flowers. Honestly you could probably pick a better bouquet from your back yard.
