I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Thursday May 9th because my mom has chemotherapy on Fridays. They sent an email on May 8th stating they were on the truck to be delivered but they didn't get delivered until Friday May 10th and were dead and horrible looking. When I reached out to them, they offered me a $10 credit to be used on my next order. I will never order from them again. Attached are pics of what I ordered and what was delivered. This arrangement was over $80. When I reached out a second time with pics of what was delivered, their response was "they were delivered Friday." It makes me sick to think that this is the flowers that I sent for what may be my momma's final Mother's Day. Disgusting!
