I ordered flowers last week and set up delivery for May 11th to avoid any delivery issues. Flowers were never delivered. I called to find out why and was treated rude by customer service representative. I was told they would be delivered first thing next day. 6:05 flowers finally showed up but not what I ordered. They sent a smaller cheap arrangement. Very upset Mother's Day was ruined. Demanding refund! Don’t use this company.
