I also would choose less than zero if I could! I’m so angry at myself for looking at the reviews before using this company! How do they stay in business?!!! I’m also in another state. My sister had a much awaited transplant surgery one week after her only child gave birth to her first grandchild. Recovery far from home, I wanted to cheer her up for Mother’s Day. Spent $68 and the bouquet was pathetic and required her to put it together. I paid for vase and balloon thinking it would be delivered as pictured on the website. Plus the personal card you could add was nowhere to be found so she didn’t even know who had sent them. Ridiculous! They are complete frauds taking people’s money!
