Admittedly, the purchased order was not delivered on the expected delivery date. As it was my aunts birthday I was a little bummed because I asked her if she liked her flowers in which she responded "What flowers?" I contacted the company by the chat option and Maaz was kind enough to update me with the error on their end as well as refunded the delivery fee, set a redeliver date and gave me $10.00 toward my future purchase. I was so grateful the helped to fix the mistake and not only make it right but gave me a quick response and a reason to purchase from them again. I do not have a picture but when my aunt did receive her birthday flowers she was very happy. Since then. I've purchase 3 more orders for Mother's Day.
