Unanswered actual email: Hello. I've used your service many times now. And while they've been late on occasion, you've always made it right. This time however, not only were the mothers day flowers late, they were dead. And, the replacement flowers also arrived dead. 3 of them fell off while opening the box. So, unless you can convince me that I will never receive flowers from whichever florist was used for this order, I'll not use your service again. I've literally received 2 orders of dead flowers, late...& laid $75 for them. This is absolutely terrible. I've attached images for your review, including the ones that fell off, as they're in the trash, the day we got them, today. All I can say is wow.
