I have ordered twice for funerals gave them a second chance. First time ordered a plant basket that had flowering plants what I got was just a basket of green plants was disappointed. This time I was mortified I ordered a bonsai they told me they couldn't do it wanted to substitute I asked for a plant assortment basket gave several suggestions I was assured they would create a CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT hahaha the "custom arrangement " was a 12" peacelilly!!!!! Exactly what I did not want will never ever and that tiny peace Lilly was in no way a $67 dollar plant!!!! Don't use this company they just can't ever seem to give what they advertise
