Ordered flowers for the funeral service. Flowers were never delivered. They refunded the money but I needed the flowers on time and not the money back. Really disappointed in the service. Also when placing the order there were no options to pick delivery time which is problem if you delivery to some places that are not opened all the time such as churches.
