Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mother a few days before Mother’s Day and the flowers showed up completely unbloomed. At first I figured no big deal, they’ll open up and she’ll get to have them even longer than expected! Unfortunately, they died having never opened. I reached out to customer service for a refund or new flowers and they refunded me $12 of my $71 order. After further communication, the gave me $8 more. $20 back on a $71 order for flowers my mom never got to enjoy. I didn’t even bother reporting the flowers I ordered for my best friend for Mother’s Day that died 2 days after she got them… horrible customer service. I would have been happy with a full refund or new flowers. Will never be using this site again. I attached photos of the day they arrived and how they look now having never opened aside from one.
