Unreliable. I arranged to have flowers sent on 5.23.24. I received an email at 6:30pm informing me that the flowers were delivered in which I was concerned that the flowers were left outside the business. at this time of day. I called the company who couldn't provide details on where the flowers were left. I was told they would call me the next morning with an update...which they didn't. When I called I was told that the flowers were not delivered and that they would be delivered today. Since I didn't hear from the recipient I called the company to confirm delivery. Guess what? The flowers were not delivered. I requested a refund.
