I ordered a balloon gram for my son‘s birthday. I paid for expedited delivery to his workplace. Not only did it not get delivered at the right time, but they were not sure if it would even be delivered because apparently the florist didn’t have a driver. They never called to tell me so that I could’ve planned something different for my son. They knew this was happening because they were getting messages from the florist. I was absolutely furious. Then they told me I would have to wait up to three days for a return on my money. I will never ever order anything from these people again.
