Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered yellow and white daisies and a balloon for my mom for her birthday. Not only did she not get the balloon she got a completely different bouquet with ONE flower, greenery and buds?? And when I called to get a refund they offered me a 20% refund. We argued back and forth, then was offered 30% then 50% then finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. Because I'm not going to pay 58 DOLLARS for the completely wrong bouquet and missing balloon. She finally very reluctantly said I could have the full refund. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality management Terrible company overall.
