I submitted two flower orders for friends who lost loved ones (one for a friend who lost her mother and the other for a friend who lost her only sibling) to be delivered to the funeral home and neither order was delivered to the funeral home. One in Maryland and one in Chicago. The one in Chicago I made two days in advance and I received an email on the day of the funeral service stating that a florist could not be found to deliver the order. Can you imagine me telling my friends that I tried to send flowers but the florists could not deliver the flowers. Two heart-breaking occasions. You won't get a third time for sure. And I will spread the word NEVER to use this business again.
