I sent flowers to someone special, but it was not at early stage of connection with person I had kept my name anonymous, but he found out my name, I think customer care service had spilled out my name upon the person requested I believe, coz he was able to ping me on social media to ask and I lost his connection for ever. If you like to order anything as secret and surprise this website is not worth your trust to keep privacy of customer. Company owner should teach employees to understand what is privacy for customer you are paying $, we pay not to screw up our personal life.... I will never ever order from them, if I want to keep privacy as private
