Paid extra for AM delivery - arrived a FULL DAY late! - over 24 hours later! The day AFTER the birthday! Despite 2 calls when they did not show up - they were not helpful and no update given and eventually when delivered not dame as website photo (less roses etc) the company gave almost no credit back and they obviously do not care about satisfies customers honestly this is the first review I have ever written for anything but is smears so angry and disappointed that my daughter received nothing on her special (25th) birthday!!!
