The worst customer service on the planet. 1. Ordered same day delivery, get an email saying sorry and that the delivery is delayed. 2. I complain and they apologize while offering to give me an upgrade on the flowers and call the recipient to apologize for the delay. I would have been very happy with just this but guess what they did neither of these things. 3. When the flowers did arrive it looked nothing like the picture and was throughly disappointed with what I got. 4. Further complained to customer service and was only met with empty promises. Save your money go with anybody else.
