I had a sick friend and sent them flowers to be delivered on 6/20. They sent me delivery confirmation when they order was not delivered. They ended up not delivering it that day and delivered the order late on 6/21. They ended up delivering the wrong flowers. They sent flowers that were less expensive than the ones I had ordered. Please keep in mind that I called them twice on 6/20 to check on the flowers, twice on 6/21. After they sent the incorrect flowers, they attempted to send the correct flowers and they did not end up sending the correct bouquet. They ended up reimbursing me nearly half my order but still ended up getting it wrong. I will stick to the FTD and 1-800-Flowers next time. This is ridiculous.
