Terrible flowers. Ordered a bouquet through IDme.com because they support veterans. Got the flowers wilted and sorely lacking the $75 price tag with delivery. Called customer service and they offered a replacement. Second bouquet was delivered within 20 hrs of the first bouquet. The flowers were wilted just as bad. The first bouquet was already half dead. The two bouquets together equaled a 14.99 bouquet from the local grocery store with 1/3 the value of the grocery store bouquet. Thanks for your lack luster customer service on both ends of the transaction. I got a 15 refund which covered the delivery charge. So in retrospect, I paid $60 for a 7.99 bouquet and vase. Not to mention the embarrassment and the cost of the grocery store flowers to try to save face.
