I ordered "be happy bouquet" (beautiful yellow daisies and roses in bright yellow happy face on front. Perfect for our happy angel). I paid $2.99 for same day delivery. It was for my deceased granddaughters birthday party to keep her memory alive (she was 3 at time of death 7 years ago). At the time of party beginning, no bouquet. I messaged them and only then did they tell me they wouldn't have it there today but would the next day with an upgrade and refund for $2.99 and a $20.00 gift certificate via email. Why would I want to buy from them for an important occasion. The next day, flowers arrived in a rust colored bowl. Not cheery in the least. Very depressing. Upon informing them I expected the "be happy bouquet" be delivered to my daughter in law. They refused, said they sometimes make similar substitutes. They gave me another $10.00 gift certificate for their company. Any self respecting company would either grant original order or replace used credit card. It was a tough day.
