I placed an order for a candy basket to be delivered to my grandson who is in Las Vegas on a vacation for his birthday. After waiting most of the day, I got an email stating that the basket was delivered to the hotel. I called the hotel and no basket had arrived. Why did I get an email stating it was delivered when it wasn’t?
I did call and And received an email saying that my purchase was refunded but to wait three days this is unexcusable!!
