I was out of town and my girlfriend was having a really rough week so I ordered her a bouquet of flowers a day in advanced, and had them expedited so that they would get to her before noon, as she was leaving to visit family that night. At 12:30 I call and they refund the expedited delivery fee and I told them that I don't care about it costing extra, but that they needed to be delivered. At 12:40 I told them that if they didn't deliver by 2pm that they would need to cancel the order and refund me. No updates until 1:59 and they said sorry and refunded me.
