There service is awful, I had flowers delivered to my elderly Aunt. The flowers were delivered 8/1/24 they did not ring the door bell (she was home) left them on the side of the ramp on the ground turned over with no water and dead. She did not see the flowers until today around 4pm and the were dead. I call From you Flower and they offered me a 20% refund for their screw up. I will never and I mean never use their service again. I just started using their service again, now I realize why I left. Keep your little $8.00, that is an insult to anyone the utilize your services.
