I paid for same-day flower delivery to a hospital for a newborn, but the flowers were never delivered. After searching the hospital extensively, we called customer service. They promised to resend the flowers the next day by 5 PM, but they still did not arrive. We contacted customer service again, as the hospital had no record of the flowers. The representative eventually issued a refund and I suggested verifying with the florist to determine where the flowers were left. This situation was particularly distressing given the occasion.
