I placed an order for same day delivery. I paid the fee for it, too. They were not delivered the day scheduled, which was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday. I was not informed of them not being delivered nor offered any explanation. I contacted the company the day after, and all I got was an apology — no explanation — and I was told they would be delivered that day (day late). I had to firmly request some form of reimbursement for the late delivery and bad service. Only then did I receive a fractional refund. Then after delivery, I was informed by the recipient that they put the wrong “from” name on the card, confirmed by picture. And mind you, the flowers did not look like what I ordered in the picture. Just unbelievable how badly this was handled from start to finish. This was horrible, horrible service all around, and I will never use their services again. Nor should anyone else.
