I paid $70 to send to my elderly aunt. The price point for the arrangement that I ordered (1st picture). was fine. The flowers she received were terrible & basically filler flowers resembling nothing to the picture. I called to let them know & they said they would have another arrangement delivered . I received a call from the driver the following day clarifying the address, as the town didn’t have a street with the name written. Once clarified I received an email that they were delivered. The flowers were not there. My third message to them has been met with automated responses…. The neighbor residing 5 houses down did deliver the flowers to my aunt later in the day. (3rd picture).. definately not the volume of florals that I’d purchased. Very displeased
