I ordered twice premium bouquets. The 1st time, the bouquet that arrived was the most basic bouquet, nowhere near the beauty and number of flowers & roses I ordered. They refunded part of the bill. The 2nd time I ordered, they informed me at 3:30pm that they cannot fulfill the order on that day, and that they will send it the next day with an upgrade. Guess what, once again, the bouquet that arrived wasn't close to the premium one I ordered (let alone the upgrade), the flowers that were mentioned were not present in it, the only thing in common was the color palette. I am SO disappointed in them and will never order again from them.
