This service has been horrible the last two years I have used them. Today was our anniversary and I ordered flowers for my wife for delivery. I tried tracking them this morning, and could not, I emailed customer service and it took them it’s to respond and then asked for information. I gave them when I ordered. She did not receive them at all. I contacted customer service and I got, I am sorry and a refund. I counted on them for the delivery. The last time I used them a year ago, the flowers lasted a day and then died. I took pics and again alll I received a I am sorry. Today, my wife thought I forgot. Do better amd understand that customers put trust in you for special occasions.
