I ordered on August 7 for delivery on August 8. The same story as others: "Can't deliver until tomorrow." Finally, on the 10th, I got an email that they can only deliver to an alternate address. I'm still confused about this. My sister only has one address. Am I to pick a random address, and some lucky, unrelated person receives 60 dollars in flowers (a tiny bouquet)? The birthday is the 10th. I don't want flowers on the 12th. Either way, it's a nightmare of a company. I received a refund minus a couple of dollars, which is also a mystery. Really bad. DON'T DO IT. I ended up using Instacart and getting a tacky bouquet from Sam's Club for half the cost.
