This has been the worst experience I've ever had in ordering flowers for someone. This was my first and very last time ordering through this company. I ordered premium flowers AND balloons with expedited shipping for an extra cost. The delivery time came and went. Customer service had no idea when they would be delivered as they couldn't get ahold of the florist. They refunded my expedited shipping. When the order was finally received 8 hours after the latest expedited delivery time was supposed to be made NO balloons were included and the flowers were very clearly NOT premium. It was actually an INCREDIBLY embarrassing arrangement that was sent and I was mortified with the recipient thinking that's what I sent her. Customer service apologized for forgetting the balloons that were paid for and the fact that they didn't send premium flowers and then offered to re send the correct arrangement the very next day. I knew that was going to inaccurate but against better judgment agreed. An entire day passed without any other deliveries. Now I get to to deal with the hassle of calling customer service again and going through the fact that the arrangement wasn't what I paid for and missing items. I will NEVER use this company again and I highly suggest you don't either!
