Flowers.com did not deliver the flowers nor did they contact me advising they were not going to deliver the order on the day that was requested. The representatives were very unprofessional and did not do anything to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before a supervisor answered. After 45 minutes the issue was still not resolved. Requested an esclade department which was not provided. I highly do not recommend using Florist.com. This business is clearly a scam. Save your self the disappoint. They do not provide the services listed on their website. If I could I would give them zero stars. Hope this helps someone from being scammed by this business.
