I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend who was in the hospital in Austin, TX. The bouquet was about $40. Delivery $15. Then because I chose same day delivery $2.99. I ordered around 6:30am. At 9:58am. It said they had been delivered. 11:00am they still had not made it into the room. I contacted the company at 11:58am to inquire where they were delivered. I was told they will reach out to the local florist and get in touch with me. I contacted them again an hour later. They could not get ahold of the florist, but they would let me know. 4.5 hours after the flowers were "delivered" I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they flowers were not delivered and the florist was not returning phone calls. I will contact my bank tomorrow to ensure I am actually refunded like I was told I would be and have in writing.
