The worst experience! I do not recommend using this company. I read a few reviews and figured everyone experience is different. It seems this is common practice for this company to ruin orders and make a mess. I ordered an arrangement and paid extra for next day delivery Not only did they NOT deliver it they didn’t even attempt to reach out to me to let me know the floriest supposedly canceled my order on Saturday. I called Sunday evening and they couldn’t find any order information. It was a completely disaster. After spending 3 hours on the phone I got so frustrated I gave up. I called back Monday morning to ask them to send me an email advising they were not able to confirm any order information so that I could dispute through my bank and lord and behold they found the info after another 2 1/2 hours. The agent I placed the order with entered all the incorrect information Under another user name and number. It was an absolute mess. I wil not use them again or recommend anyone else.
