I rate this company with ZERO stars!! I Had flowers delivered with next day delivery to a funeral service for my dearest friend of over 30 years. I received an email stating that the flower arrangement was being shipped from Kentucky, I live in Indiana and assumed they would come from a local florist! I was horrified when I walked in and saw them, they were terrible!!! I threw them straight in the trash before anyone else could see them. How could any florist send something that bad to a funeral service and why did this company not use a local florist instead of the one they used located over hundreds of miles away? I will never order from this company again. What a nightmare not only dealing with the lose of my friend but then being shocked by how disgusting those flowers looked! Never, Never again will I deal with this company!!!!
