I wish I could give a -5 review! The fact that they're still in business is shocking to me. The customer service is non existent. They clearly don't care about providing a service or even having integrity. They make promises with no intention of delivering on them. It took FOUR DAYS to have my arrangement delivered (it was supposed to be a same day delivery). On the 4th day, they said they couldn't provide the same arrangement but would make a substitution. The arrangement looked like it was put together with flowers from Walmart. When I complained they gave me a complimentary delivery. The complimentary delivery still hasn't shown up (FIVE DAYS LATER). I suggest calling ANY OTHER florist but this one.
