Terrible!! Ordered flowers to be delivered the day before my daughter’s birthday. Paid for expedited shipping to arrive early before class. Nothing. Finally got an email that it was delivered at 5:40. We never found the flowers. I called back Friday morning and was promised a bigger arrangement would be delivered. Never happened. Then I got an email that it would be delivered 4 days later…way after her birthday. They offered me a 20% discount. I told them I wanted nothing from them and demanded my full refund immediately. This left my child, away from home for the first time on her birthday alone, with no gift. I was very upset! Don’t use them. Go straight to your local floral.
