TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS!! This is the second time they’ve LIED to me about having my order delivered on time. I had to call to verify that my order will be delivered on time and same day due to my past experiences. Spoke with Katherine around noon, who verified my order and specified it will be delivered by today between 1-6pm. I checked my email around 6:48pm i still didn’t get my email confirmation saying my orders has been delivered. I then call asking about my order, Eric tells me i placed my order past the cut off time of delivery. LIES! This is the second time they do this to me and my cousin. Bad for business and i advise anyone else not to order from them. Don’t waste your time or money. It was my anniversary and wanted to surprise my fiancé while she was at work.
