I placed an order about 5 days ago. Flowers were listed as $50 but by the time we got through delivery fees, etc. it was $80. I placed the order for a Friday but soon after was informed my wife wouldn't be working Friday so I immediately contacted customer support to get the date changed to Thursday. I was contacted by customer support and they said sorry, your order has been placed so it's too late. At the time of the response there was still 3 days until the delivery.
