I Ordered a sympathy arrangement that contained blue iris, white roses, and white daisies. I spent quite a long time picking the perfect arrangement for my friend. My friend sent a picture of the arrangement after it arrived and I was shocked to see they were completely different flowers, no blues, no roses And was not nearly as nice as the picture. I contacted the company, They initially said they were allowed to switch flowers although they switched all the flowers and it only resembled the original order in that it had some white flowers. They then refunded me 30% of the price. Be careful when ordering as there’s no way to know what they are actually sending. Also, since they send a different arrangement, you don’t know what the upgrade to premium looks like or if they actually did it.
